Group Therapy: Healing Together
Group therapy offers a powerful alternative to individual counseling, providing unique opportunities for connection, support, and personal growth. Unlike one-on-one sessions, group settings create a supportive environment where participants can learn from each other's experiences, realize they're not alone, and develop new coping strategies.

Our Current Group: Nurturing Neurodiversity
Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), this group is designed to help parents and caregivers develop psychological flexibility and meaningful strategies for supporting their neurodivergent loved ones. Through guided discussions and shared experiences, participants will explore ways to manage caregiver stress, build resilience, and align their actions with core personal values.
